Oryx links commercially beneficial outcomes to partners who can add value including the development industry, not for profits, equity partners and others. This involves partners who may have different appetites, time horizons, varying capacity from time to time and different preferences for various models.

The project is located within the suburb of Bowden on the former Clipsal site and offers city-fringe living on the edge of the parklands.
